Raspberry Ice Cream

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 100 g raspberries, (fresh or frozen)
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 100 ml single cream
  • 2 tbsp. artificial sweetener
  • 3 tbsp. agave nectar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a used 1litre ice cream tub and place in the freezer.
  3. Stir it every 2 hours over the course of 6 hours.
  4. Then scoop out and en-joy!

Chefs Tips

  • This dish is packed with the wonderful flavours from the creams and agave nectar and the sweetener makes for an unnoticeable alternative to sugar.
