Ingredients

  • 300 g blackberries
  • 400 ml milk coconut
  • 600 ml milk semi-skimmed
  • 2 tbsp natural honey

Method

  1. Pop the blackberries, coconut milk, semiskimmed milk and honey in a blender.
  2. Blitz for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Divide the smoothie among 4 glasses and serve immediately.
  4. Truly delicious!
