Ingredients

  • 1 8-inch low carb flour tortilla
  • 2 oz. smoked salmon
  • 2 teaspoon cheese cream
  • 1.25 oz. onions red
  • 1 Handful arugula
  • 0.5 teaspoon basil, fresh or dried
  • 1 Pinch pepper

Method

  1. Warm the tortilla in the oven or microwave (pro tip: Warm it between 2 pieces of moist paper towel to keep it from drying out).
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, basil, and pepper, then spread it onto the tortilla.
  3. Top it off with the salmon, arugula, and finely sliced onion.
  4. Roll up the wrap and enjoy!
