Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ground coffee and chicory, coffee and chicory
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 0.5 cup fat-free half-and-half
  • 1 packet artificial sweetener, (more or less to taste)

Method

  1. Brew strong coffee using the ground coffee and chicory blend and the water.
  2. Meanwhile, warm fat-free half-and-half in a microwave or double boiler.
  3. Pour brewed coffee into a large mug; add the half-and-half and Splenda.
  4. Stir to mix well.
