Ingredients

  • 80 g cream cheese
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 4 tsp. artificial sweetener

Method

  1. Blend the cream cheese, strawberries and Triple Zero sweetener together in a blender until smooth and thoroughly mixed.
  2. Transfer to an ice cream tub and then fold the cream in gently. Transfer to the freezer until firm.
