Ingredients

  • 1 large banana, ripe
  • 1 cup kale, packed baby or coarsely chopped mature
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened vanilla
  • 0.25 avacado, ripe
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method

  1. Combine banana, kale, almond milk, avocado, chia seeds and honey in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add ice and blend until smooth.
