Ingredients
- 1 large banana, ripe
- 1 cup kale, packed baby or coarsely chopped mature
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened vanilla
- 0.25 avacado, ripe
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup ice cubes
Method
- Combine banana, kale, almond milk, avocado, chia seeds and honey in a blender.
- Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
- Add ice and blend until smooth.
