Ingredients

  • 1 brown sandwich thin, halved
  • 80 g reduced-fat natural cottage cheese
  • 1 sprig fresh dill
  • 1 splash Tabasco sauce, (optional)
  • 30 g cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 50 g king prawns, cooked and peeled

Method

  1. Lightly toast the sandwich thin halves.
  2. Mix the cottage cheese with some snipped dill, a few drops of Tabasco, if using, and some black pepper.
  3. Pile the mixture on top of the sandwich thins, then add the cucumber slices, prawns, another sprinkling of dill and splash of Tabasco, then serve.
