Ingredients
- 300 ml coconut milk
- 120 ml water
- 40 gm chia seeds
- 75 gm ground almonds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp natural honey
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 50 gm blueberries
Method
- Pour the coconut milk in a bowl.
- Add the water, chia seeds, ground almonds, vanilla extract, natural honey and ground cinnamon, and mix thoroughly.
- Pop the mixture in the fridge overnight.
- Remove from the fridge and divide into 2 bowls.
- Top with blueberries and tuck in!
