Ingredients
- 300 g blackberries
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 600 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 2 tbsp natural honey
Method
- Pop the blackberries, coconut milk, semi-skimmed milk and honey in a blender.
- Blitz for 1-2 minutes.
- Divide the smoothie among 4 glasses and serve immediately.
