Ingredients

  • 150 g fresh blackberries
  • 2 tbsp. stevia
  • 175 ml plain yoghurt
  • 175 ml coconut milk

Method

  1. Whizz the blackberries and Stevia for 1-2 minutes in a blender.
  2. Then place the blackberry mixture into a mixing bowl and stir in the yoghurt and coconut milk.
  3. Pour into lolly moulds and freeze overnight.
  4. Pop out of the moulds when you wish to enjoy this delicious treat!
