Ingredients

  • 20 gm walnuts
  • 20 gm pecans
  • 20 gm almonds
  • 20 gm brazil nuts
  • 20 gm pumpkin seeds
  • 75 gm strawberries, sliced
  • 75 gm blueberries
  • 75 gm raspberries
  • 400 ml greek-style yoghurt

Method

  1. Divide the walnut pieces, pecans, almonds, brazil nuts and pumpkin seeds into 2 breakfast bowls.
  2. Mix in the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.
  3. Pour on the Greek yoghurt and tuck into your delicious, healthy breakfast!
