Ingredients

  • 0.25 avocado
  • 0.25 tsp ground pepper
  • 0.13 tsp garlic, powder
  • 1 slice whole-wheat bread, toasted
  • 1 large egg, fried
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce, (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp spring onion, sliced (Optional)

Method

  1. Combine avocado, pepper and garlic powder in a small bowl and gently mash.
  2. Top toast with the avocado mixture and fried egg.
  3. Garnish with chili garlic sauce and spring onion, if desired.
